Every couple will experience rough patches, communication challenges, growing pains and turbulence. These conflicts are unavoidable. A relationship will push you to the brink of going all in or giving it all up. Have you ever considered a therapist? How can a therapist help, you ask? By having an objective approach to your acute situation and providing a conflict action plan and offering a calm, safe and neutral place to explore healthy ways to express feelings and process those emotionally-driven words into rational understanding for reconciliation to ameliorate the connection and relationship quality.

Family is the first community that you will ever experience throughout the lifespan of your development. We all have matters that can become difficult to address when it comes to family. Dysfunction, taboos, discipline, childhood trauma, are all common themes that can permeate within family systems. These can include, but not limited to blended families,  nuclear, neo-conventional, millennial to traditional. If you find that you are having persistent issues within your family, maybe it's time to see a therapist!

WHAT IS LIFE COACHING?

It is a partnership (or mentorship) that is purposed to help you explore your potential, narrow your goals and implement an action plan that incrementally aid in securing goals. Life Coaching includes, but not motivating, providing resources to support action steps along with foster a mindset to enhance undeveloped talents/gifts/potential based on goals or unclear goals of the client.

  • Do you need motivation?

  • Are you in transition (in life) or considering making changes in your life?

  • Do you have  goals you would like to accomplish but lack the "how-to"?

  • Do you feel stuck and unable to move forward in life?

I can help! As a certified life coach who has catapulted many clients to successfully make changes

in their lives, navigate life transitions and overcome challenges - you can do it too!

My life coaching program will help you get clear on the best outcome for you!

HOW CAN I BENEFIT FROM LIFE COACHING?

  • Create a S.M.A.R.T. goals for your life and measure progress through benchmarks.

  • Identify your values, strengths and challenges along with barriers stopping your growth success.

  • Move past nose blindness that renders unproductive cycles of busyness

  • Create a daily, productive system that moves you forward to successfully accomplishing your goals.

THERAPY (VS) LIFE COACHING, WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE?

The distinction between these two is the focus of the work. Life Coaching addresses setting and achieving goals, while Therapy centralizes mental health and emotional healing that cold derives from various traumas from the past, acute distress,  or other contributing factors that negatively impacts one's quality of life.

Exercise, meditation, yoga and a variety of other healthy methods of body movement helps to increase confidence, channel energies and activate motivation by releasing endorphins. Simply put, endorphins are "feel good" chemicals released within the brain's receptors to reduce pain, improve mood and trigger positive agents within the mind and body.

Insurance & Rates

Insurance

Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services. I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

  1. Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits, or, does it use a third party provider?

  2. Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?

  3. What would be my co-pay to the Therapist?

  4. Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit (How many sessions)?

  5. Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?
